any terms of this Agreement or of the documents it incorporates by reference, or your
violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
A printed version of this Agreement shall be admissible
in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of Jamaica, and each of the parties submits to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid
or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall
remain enforceable.
